Black & white never looked so good. Anyone who has had the pleasure of getting to know Alisha knows she is rather taken by all things black & white. Well, the black and white theme chosen for Alisha and Aidan’s wedding was not only appropriate but also very striking. I was particularly taken by Rhiannon and Lizzie’s flower girl outfits, and the stunning bouquet made entirely from broaches which complimented Alisha’s stunning dress. Aidan also scrubbed up quite well – and yes I am taking a few liberties given Aidan is our nephew! It was a privelege to photograph Alisha and Aidan’s wedding. Click here to view more photos.
Thank you Alisha and Aidan for letting us share your special day. And Alisha, I promise not to chase you with a camera ever again – but as the photos show, you have no need to be camera shy. May God bless you in your life together as husband and wife. Click here to view more photos.
Michelle and David’s wedding was simply delightful. Despite recent health setbacks Michelle was a wonderful example of how to take things in your stride and have a positive outlook on life. It was obvious nothing was going to spoil David and Michelle’s special day. We were also thrilled by the horse and carriage that was part of the celebration. Susan was so taken by the beauty and majesty of the horse and carriage she suggested we should do the same for our 25th wedding anniversary! Thank you so much Michelle and David for allowing us to be a part of your special day. Click here to view more photos.

I was particularly thrilled to assist Susan in photographing Kirsty and Eric’s wedding. Eric has been a colleague of mine at R.I.C. Publications for some 13 years. It has been a delight to see how Kirsty has brought out the best in Eric, and I am confident they will support and nurture each other as husband and wife. Click here to view more photos.
Thank you Kirsty and Eric for the opportunity to be a part of your special day. We pray God’s blessings on your life together. Click here to view more photos.

It was a rather hot day for Zorica and Michael’s wedding. But the heat wasn’t able to dampen the joy and celebration of their special day. The opportunity to shoot some photos at City Beach also provided a refreshingly cool sea breeze. The beach was also of special significance because of Michael’s keen interest in fishing. Thank you Zorica and Michael for being so easy to work with it and for the wonderful opportunity to be a part of your special day. Click here to view more photos.
Sam and Daniel’s wedding was a treat to photograph as we knew Sam’s parents David & Myshelle, also got to catch up with many familiar faces at Girrawheen Baptist Church where the ceremony was held. The sun shone brightly but was not scorching, and Sam and Daniel were a delight to photograph – happily and patiently allowing us to just shoot that extra ‘one or two photos’ at almost every location. The vintage train at Whiteman Park was particularly fun, . Click here to view more photos.
Thank you Sam and Daniel for the privilege of photographing your special day . May your love for each other grow and remain strong in the Lord. Click here to view more photos.
A thousand apologies for taking so long to put these photos from the Wanneroo Show on our blog! Life has been rather hectic and my recent ill health meant a few projects, including this blog, got somewhat delayed. The show was once again a terrific family event which even the heavy downpour of rain on the last evening was not able to spoil! Many people bravely waited for the rain to pass and stayed on to watch the final night’s firework display.
The opportunity to photograph Shannon and Mike’s wedding was particularly significant as Shannon is Susan’s niece. It was lovely to hear the way their vows conveyed their obvious love, commitment, aspirations and understanding of one another. The school grounds of St. Brigid’s (where Shannon teaches) provided a delightful, picturesque location on a very bright hot afternoon. The bridal party was relaxed and made the task flow easily. Thank you Shannon and Mike. We pray God’s blessings on your life together. Click here to view more photos.
Susan had the privilege of photographing The Girls’ Brigade Western Australia Awards Night for 2012 – having done so since 2009. Susan has been so encouraged by her exposure to GBWA, she signed up to serve as a leader at the new Kingsley company which started up in our home church this year! Our daughter, Chloe, has also joined the company as a mini-junior.

She’s so small and he is so tall, but together they are perfect! With words to that effect Linda & Caleb concluded their heartfelt thoughts, shared in the presence of family and friends. The trip down south towards Margaret River was a very special one for us, as Caleb is Susan’s nephew and has the dubious honour of having boarded with us (and survived!) when a young lad attending Woodvale Senior High School. What a thrill it was to share in the celebration of Linda and Caleb’s marriage and to be entrusted with the privilege of photographing their special day. Our daughter Chloe was so thrilled at the thought of traveling down south for her cousin’s wedding, we were continually kept up to date with the count down of days for a number of weeks before the event.
Thank you Linda and Caleb. We pray God’s blessings on your life together. Click here to view more photos.
Kim and Matt’s wedding was one of the most relaxed and delightful events we have had the pleasure of photographing. Even the heavy down pour of rain was not able dampen their spirit or the joy experienced by all present.
Thank you Kim and Matt for trusting us to photograph your special day. We wish you all the best in your journey together and hope the letters you have written to each other for your 10th anniversary brings back fond memories when looking back to your wedding day. Click here to view more photos.
It’s a very small world! Susan and I discovered towards the end of our coverage of Toni and Clint’s wedding reception that Clint was a lad from Carnamah – the very same small wheat belt town where we got married and lived for a short while. And if that wasn’t enough, there was probably a good chance Susan crossed paths with Clint (as a school kid) when she did some relief teaching in the local school. This unexpected discovery was a lovely way to finish the day. We hope Toni and Clint, along with their friends and family, will enjoy the wonderful memories which spring to mind when viewing these photos.
Thank you Toni and Clint for choosing us to capture images of your special day. We wish you all the best in your journey together as husband and wife.
